- Responsible for ensuring that all finishing work is completed to the highest standards and within the specified timelines.

- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.

- Overseeing project schedules and budgets

- Supervising construction workers and subcontractors

- Reporting on project progress to senior managers and stakeholders

- Maintaining quality control checks

- Coordinating teams: Organize and manage the movement of on-site labour, materials, and machinery.

- Day-to-day problem solving

Wymagania

- Background in large scale mixed residential or commercial construction with a proven track record of successfully leading project teams.

- Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards

- Good spoken and written communication skills
